How to Contact Uber
In keeping with the tech-oriented nature of the company, there is no Uber customer service number as such. However, it is possible for both drivers and riders to speak to a representative via the app.
If you are a driver, you can call Uber customer service through the Uber Driver app. To do this, tap on ‘Account’, then the blue phone icon in the top right of the screen. Then, simply use the ‘Call support’ link to speak to a member of the Uber customer service team.
Riders can’t contact Uber directly for assistance via an Uber phone number. However, if you’re a customer and you want to reach the company to ask a question or report an issue, you can do this via the app. Simply select ‘Help’ from the menu and choose from the list of options under ‘Report an Issue’. You can also go to ‘Last Trip’ to report an issue about your most recent journey.
